'Corruption'

Sadly nothing in this life is perfect. I came across a field of sunflowers in Germany and took lots of photographs, but when I examined them on the computer at home - I could not find one that was 'perfect'.
Made me think.... not one of us IS perfect, but in some the seeds of corruption are more obvious than others and mar the beauty God gave us. I attempted to show this insidious nature of corruption by this composite image- how it can infiltrate our very being if we are not self aware; not one of us is immune.
(And yes, for any that are confused - this is a composite image - it is not 'real' , but a blend of a sunflower image with that of a thistle producing that sinister change to the flower)

Corruption is the devil's way to spread evil across a country. I've seen many corrupt politicians throughout my life. I really hate the way that our country allows corruption to exist. We should work together as one nation and strive for a better country. Thank you for this very inspiring and meaningful message.

Glad you found it meaningful.
Unfortunately, 'corruption' is not just 'out there', but the seeds are in all of us. But those in positions of authority have to be extra vigilant, for they are most at risk, For the rest of us - it is easy to see he speck in someone else's eye and be oblivious to the plank in our own . ;)
